If you have any questions please let us know: solsummer2010@gmail.com\n\ n\n“Retreating” means being away from our usual environment and ta king the time and space to become immersed in what is important to us at that very moment. As SF practitioners we would like to indulge in d ifferent things during our retreat... we imagine some moments of study , some time for professional exchange and practice, but also time for connection, time to be curious about the others, time for personal ref lections and professional development. The range of activities will va ry from uplifting group activities over buddy coaching sessions to mom ents of silence or outdoor games.\n\nHow?\nSelf organising will happen naturally when we share what is keeping us (all participants) busy, w hat we most long and need to do in order to relax or revive our mind a nd body that day.\n\nPerhaps:\n* share what it really means for us to be “present” for our clients,\n* explore how we (mis)understand th e goal and the miracle,\n* think about how SF will evolve in the futur e\n* go into the mountains with a buddy-coach,\n* tape a coaching conv ersation and micro-analyse it,\n* jump in the hot springs and free our minds\n* indulge in a conversation about “how to be brief in organi sations”\n* watch a therapy movie with Insoo or Steve in it and have a useful conversation about it\n* share some real fun team activity o r trainers’ practice\n* participate in reflective teams,\n* allow ne w ideas to pop up in a guided SF visualisation,\n* or .... just enjoy a healing massage?\n\nThis and much more will be possible in Fontana P assugg... As you can see, the retreat will be highly practical.
