Hi, I notice some colleagues use action learning as part of their practice. Have any of you had experience of using AL with an SF element or approach, perhaps in the facilitator or coach's role. Could you share some insights or even point me to some literature?

Thanks, Brian

Hi,
In the spirit of using what is there!!
I am interested in sharing/exploring any experience out there in the development/running of corporate induction for large organisations. I have just picked up a project to revamp the corporate induction for a large UK based car Manufacturer who are just into the process of recruiting 800 staff including graduates.
The timescales are tight, there are good things to work on in house, people who want to be involved and a will to get this moving, so there…

What I am keen to do is a bit of benchmarking/exploring best practice to put into the pot of possibilities. If you have experience in this area and are willing to share Let me know. As we all know we can use SF in many different contexts. I'm thinking about the underlying SF structure which can be used anywhere - therapy, management, teambuilding, teaching, coaching, leading, etc etc etc. . .
Do people have ideas about what are the underlying key elements of SF as a universal tool applicable to any suitable situation? Suppose we had a list of elements such as looking for strengths, developing a preferred future, scaling . . . what else, and what else? What are the…

Do people have ideas about what are the underlying key elements of SF as a universal tool applicable to any suitable situation? Suppose we had a list of elements such as looking for strengths, developing a preferred future, scaling . . . what else, and what else? What are the absolutely essential elements which would be universally applicable?
Dear all,

the participants of the writing workshop in Cologne asked me for the "minutes" of the workshop. Sue has kindly taken pictures of the flips, and here they are.

Have fun and don't stop writing
