Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

Is SF in organisations different to working with individuals or groups?

The $64,000 question: Is working with SF in organisations different?  Christine Kuch and Susanne Burgstaller provide two easy to read cases where the solution came by focussing on the structures and processes that have a life of their own in organisations, rather than on the individuals who fulfil roles in those structures.

They raise the questions whether this means that SF organisational work is different to individual or group work.

Their article is available at http://www.ingentaconnect.com/content/sfct/inter/2011.
