Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations
Solution Focused question for determining values and relevancy of work.
I am working up a list of solution focused questions used for determining relevancy of work to the individual, team and organization.
I could use some help and more ideas in the following manner....
*What would you ask someone to determine what they value in work (I am defining what is valued in work as relevant to them and therefore motivates great work in that role)?
*What would you ask someone to determine what they find necessary from a work team (department, project team) in order to feel that they are valued and relevant to the team?
What does the team need to have and do in order for the person to feel valued and the the that the person does is relevant to the team?
*What questions you ask someone to determine what they find necessary from an organization (the company they work for - the outer ring from the person - team - organization) in order to feel that they are valued and the the work that is being completed is relevant to the organization?
My plan is use these questions to frame a model that can be used in role placement of people and for enhanced coaching and feedback from managers (and me when I am working with them)....
Your help is appreciated - in sharing SF questions and resources that can help me.
