Micro tools and the PLUS-model

Welcome. This is the place to learn, share, and talk about micro tools. The five minute techniques that lets SF be done even in real life. We already have a group of micro tools ready to be used and more is to come. I've created the concept a few years ago, and I've been surprised how efficient they are, and how easy they are to construct, once you know the principles. Shortly, I will upload my presentation from SOL 2008 and the micro-tools that we worked with there. In a few months this group will migrate to a dedicated web-site, where I will share the work on my upcoming book on micro tools.

Thanks, Michael, for the invitation to join! Just last week I introduced the idea of the PLUS model to a new audience: a group of people interested in "change management" - from the US-army in Germany. I trust they'll spread the PLUS-infection further ...

You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some
voluminous books?

You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
