What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?
Z has been working as an independent coach, consultant and facilitator since 2001. Before that she worked in project management & training in India, Canada & in the UK since the early 90s. Z works on the areas of teams, ethics & integrity at work, intercultural communication (with expertise on India) & leader development. She came across SF in 1994 when sent on a course to learn how to use SF methods in her organisation. It resonated, and she's been applying it in various contexts since then. Outside of work she loves gardening (Z is a master composter - no bullshit!), books, film, travelling and fusion cooking.
