In which role(s) do you use SF ideas and tools? (You can pick more than one)
Coach, Consultant, Trainer, Other
What is your website (if any)?

What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?
I have been a trainer, facilitator and coach for 20 years now. My great shift to turn from individuals to organisations was when I came across Dialogue of D.Bohm at MIT and later Peter Senge and his work at SOL, Society for Organisational Learning. I am passionate about large group interventions to facilitate the development of collective intelligence both at companies and soiety. I also work with Inspirational coaching that is of a holistic approach both for individuals and groups. I initiated amongst others SoL in Hungary years ago and by now we have an NGO to focus learning organisation capacities for sustainable development. I also work as a regional coach with regions of great deprivation and poverty for some UNDP projects in CEE and specially in Hungary.

Kedves Ágota, júni 23-án este 8-ra a Dunapark kávéházba találkozóra szeretnénk hívni: tapasztalatcsere azokkal, akik a megoldásközpontú megközelítéssel dolgoznak. Egy rövid visszajelzésnek örülnénk, hogy számíthatunk-e rád.
Üdvözlettel: Hankovszky Kati

Hi Agota, great to hear from you. SOL for us stands for Solutions Organisational Linkup (our loose network organisation), with the short for SOL also being the first three letters of SOLution Focus and also the latin for 'sun' - hence our logo. We started in 2002 and our last conference was attended by people from 23 countries. You are very welcome here, and I think you may well find SF processes interesting too - did you know that Matthias Varga von Kibed (systemic structural constellations) is a member of the group too?

Hi Agota

You're very welcome here. Did you realise that our SOLWorld is not connected with SoL - we do a thing called Solution Focused work, which of course you may well be interested in. It's a very specific school of practice deriving from the work of Steve de Shazer and SF therapy. Have you come across it?
