My family and I live in a tiny village on mystical Dartmoor in South Devon UK.
Until recently, I worked in the Aerospace Industry primarily in the field of Quality Management Systems.
During this time I was introduced to SF and immediately felt a 'connection' with the common sense principles like simplicity and exploring what's working.
Curent Quality models with their complexity and focus on non-conformance (what isn't working) are almost an antithesis to SF -it was this contradiction which initially inspired me to explore the possibilities of utilising SF to make quality even better.
