I am not sure about other coaches - I get mixed feedback from colleagues. Some moan that companies have cut back on any personal development expenses; others seem to thrive. My own experience is that there is definitely a sense of caution and selling coaching, particularly one on one, is a challenge at present. How is it in the UK?
Pretty well. Thanks for asking. Lots of things in the offing and some nice new areas to do SF work such as re events re neuro rehab, health weight, tobacco control, IAPT and CAMHS services. Looking forward to going to the AI conference in Nepal in November. The one area that could do with a lift is in improved quality of copy for the International Journal of Leadership in Public Services so please do give your best publishing mates and gentle nudge from us. How are things with you?
