Thank you Mark, your feedback and insight is really helpful. You mention 'over-confident American success coach' then you mention areas where it could have been improved, that was helpful.
I wonder do you take issue with the 'over-confidence' or 'American' or 'success coach' all 3 or some combination of? If you were to make a better video (and it would be excellent and I would watch that) At what point would you add the affirming? the small steps? the finding useful change and amplifying it? the respect for the people you are talking about?
I am still learning and developing in SF your response would be really helpful.

Doesn't sound at all solutions focused to me! :-) Have a goal, make a plan, your mind drives your behaviour... the usual over-confident American 'success coach' stuff as far as I can see. Where's the not knowing? Where's the affirming? Where are the small steps? Where is the 'finding useful change and amplifying it'? And where is the respect for the people he's talking about? Sorry, doesn't do it for me.
