Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

SF Future Perfect sequence with large group of approx. 400 people

Hi Community,

I am looking for some ideas / references for a future perfect sequence that I want to do with a large group of approx. 400 people. I have only a timeframe of one hour! So of course we will travel on the surface. But this can/should be a start of something that follows. Who has done such a thing, and has any ideas how to do it in a exciting, funny way?

Thx, Markus

Hi Marcus, what a wonderful opportunity.  You might start with a one-to-all plenary set up, so that your question and framing is clear.  Perhaps writing down answers individually.  Then create small clusters so people can share first thoughts and develop their ideas in conversation.

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some
voluminous books?

You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
