Dear Jackie,
I read this morning your piece of advice in the SF digest and saw that your background is Appreciative inquiry. I completed an online SF course with Mark McKergow (out of pure curiosity, I am not a coach) and as I was going along a few times I bumped into AI ideas.
Since those ideas seemed rather interesting to me I feel like exploring this approach somewhat deeper. Would there be any reading that you may recommend or, perhaps, have a chat on Skype about what AI is all about.
