Yes, of course it is always a matter of priorities - and the SOL world conferences have always been so good and enjoyable that it is really hard for me to miss them. This time the reason was work: a big change project I am involved in as facilitator, in the production sector of a factory. The staff can only meet for workshops on week-ends, and it is always hard to get them all togehter. They could not find another date, so I gave in.... Where and when is the next conference. Do you know already?

I had a lot of work here and the 18th birthday of my son Michel. So I decided to skip SOL. Hope you are well - maybe we will meet in August? Still not sure when we will go for holidays - I will try to make it to Friedrichsdorf... Hope you are well?
