- Some years ago, I learned to work with the solution focused method. It is a respectful and clarifying way of working. It is very powerful because people have allready the solutions within themselves.
I could not do without SF. I use it in management, coaching, mediation consultancy. My mediations are less aggravating for both my clients and me and more effective.
