Symbols and metaphors

This picture of the playing man illustrating this group is a pentagram from a Tarot card. It symbolizes "change, illumination and enlightment" and "change through positive thinking". What could be a better symbol for this group? ;-)

The great picture below was passed on by Riccardo. It's called "Ultima femminile" and can certainly put your thoughts right outside the box! Read on the comment wall how Riccardo uses it in his work.

did you received the pic ?
do you like it ?
I use it for the start up of the session in order to stimulate feed-backs and feed-forewards and to support the first dyalogs on the importance to use the right (male and femal) brain in the management.
for this goal we developed two workshops called "rigth brain marketing" and "rigth brain management"

Riccardo,

That sounds really interesting! I would love to learn more about it!
I alos know a consultant who uses Shakespeare in her organizational work. She does it mainly as inspiration, telling the stories and drawing parallels to modern times and their organization. In other words she doesn't really engage the participants physically in the process.

great Idea lina
I like a lot this approach
I am a change manager and I support managers in their change mgmt projects
I often use shakespeare characters or Corto Maltese and so on, in order to play different leadership styles in the company
I have found a very impressive "ultima cena" (last dinner) of leonardo da vinci but in a femal version, very effective in my right brain management sessions and in team building meeting.
if you desire I can send it to you.
ciao
riccardo
