- Dr. Paolo Terni is a Professionally Certified Coach, ICF member and author of the book "Coaching Leader: how to transform individual talent into business results". He has also written many papers on the impact of current psychological research on consulting and coaching practices. Dr. Terni has trained extensively in the US (Coach U, NLP Master Practicioner @ University of California at Santa Cruz with Robert Dilts), and is bi-lingual (English and Italian). Dr Terni is an expert in Solution-Focused Coaching (certified by Solutionsurfers, Basel, Switzerland), in Evidence-Based practices related to coaching & well-being, and in Stress Management techniques. Dr. Terni frequently leads Assessment Centers for developing managers' strengths and he is qualified to use a wide variety of assessment tools, all development-oriented (such as MRG's LEA). Dr. Terni has worked for Festo CTE, Right Management Consultants, Learningedge, Armonia and other consulting firms in Change Management, OD and People Development programs; the following corporations have been among the clients: Sanpellegrino, HP, Microsoft, Trenitalia, ZF, Molmed, Crif, Bayer, Burgo. Dr. Terni holds a degree in philosophy, with a Master's in Work Psychology; he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience and doing research on Positive Psychology. Actually I already editid the whole video and
I think its 14 minutes and 680 MB.
So it is also to big for youtube. And I wouldn't want to
upload it there because some of the people I interviewed might not
want to be on that site.
I'll try to find out if i can make it smaller somehow.
I think Peter has a program to make movies smaller so they fit on
his iPod but i don't now wether the qualaty would be really good then.
