Hi Ruth, thank you for sending me the Summer Retreat wish card. As time takes us further away from our lovely Retreat week, I find it still gives me the courage to take everything that comes in a retreaty way. Big hug from Belgium.

Dear SOL-summer retreat friend,
Hope everything is well with you. I'm fine. I spend a lot of time with my daughter and with restoring our summerhouse by the lake Mälaren. At work I try and put in as much SF as possible e.g. as a facilitator for discussions in organisations often connected to public health. Next week I'll do a work about teambuilding together with Eva and Björns company CLUES. Fun and challenging. I also attend the Solution Surfurers Pure and will do some telecoaching ,with Björn as my teacher, next week. Great practice.
I'm out on the internet today to find information about the conferens in Hungary, to book flight and hotel if I'm going to come earlier and also stay afterwards. Will you go to Hungary? I definitely will stay on the SFT-C konferens on sunday but I'm not sure about monday. I read that there will be some programme also on monday. Do you know if you or others from the summer retreat will stay also on monday? I ask because it would be so lovely to meet you again, for as many days as possible, and I soon will book the planeticket.
Lots of hugs from Sweden,
Sussan

Dear All, I don't know if you are technically aware of, that Nicoline made 2 great, successful and very welcomed session in US and she also provided a wonderful reflection + documentation. Maybe you feel like checking it out: a wonderful, humble example of how to othress others with what's imortant to ourselfes...
thank you sooo much Nicoline for letting us know and CONGRATULATIONS! Here the link

Dear Manuela,
Nice to read that our talking about working with stuck teams came at the right moment for you: a miracle, isn't it? I wish you can use it in a usefull way for yourself and for the team(s).
Warmly:
Bert

Dear all, thank you very much for sharing your fotos and giving me the chance to remember again the wonderful time we could spend together in Passugg. Thank you also to everybody very, very much for all you shared with me, especially to the group of 6 for organizing the retreat in such a special way. And, Petra and Sue, please put me on the list for the retreat 2011!

Kati, you asked for examples what has been different since the retreat. For me the retreat has changed a lot. I feel a lot of energy and motivation to work more with SF methods. In the job interviews for example I use now SF questions too, which pointed out to be very helpful. Very helpful was also what Bert and Hennie told us about how to work with stucked teams in schools. On the day I came back from the retreat I was asked by a friend if I knew how to work with stucked teams in schools! Perhaps I will get the chance to start to work with SF at schools in Chur! Lets see how things are getting on. What I also realized is that there is a great amount of things I just can say “throw it away” – and find space for new ideas – and of course concentrate on the “yes, yes, yes”. You see, it works, in small steps – thank you all so much!

Best wishes from Chur, Manuela

Hi all lovely, competent retreat people,
Thank you very much for taking such good care of a SOL-virgin like me. I must say this is the best conferenslike event I have ever attended. So much fun, so much knowledge and so much generous sharing. You rock!
I just got back from a wounderful hike and still live on both the vievs and insights of both weeks. Eva and Björn just called on their way to Malmö and I feel in my heart a bit sad now that I'm not there with the ones of you that are attending- I know that at least Anton and Janine will be there and I would love to meet you right now! Thanks Jesper to put the schedule in (you can add Alan Kay and Sussan Öster "Fokus on before /planning and after/following up the actual event" I think it was thursday morning). Soon more, off to work again...
