Hello Björn,
am very curious what possibly will happen in Budapest.
Would so much love to have some local chats on life and how to move forward...
Take care

Hello Björn, guess this is a brilliant platform for maintaining an easy and useful dialogue.. Still think full of pleasure on how you inspire people. Looking forward to see you - latest in Texel. Greeting from sunny Budapest Monika

Hi Bjørn
You're very welcome. Vilnius in Septembe, I think. Or right now in Trondheim ;-)

Hi Björn,
my first idea is peter de Jong's and Insoo's
"Interviewer Skills Rating Form" in: De Jong, P., Berg, I. K. (1998). Instructor's Resource Manual for Interviewing for Solutions. Pacific Grove: Brooks/Cole
which is a rather long catalogue of criteria from which you could let some people in the organisation chose, which could be crucial in finding out differences in sf skills.
Hope this helps
Peter
