Dear all,

already now there are so many interesting and tempting subjects popping up. I'm so much looking forward to seeing you all there.

I would love to join Sue's and Liselotte's "better-sleeping-group" and I'm very interested in Pranayana practices in the morning and share thoughts about Nancy Kline (time to think) even if I haven't read it.

I'm interested in sharing thougts about self- and time-management and how to integrate a "vision day" every now and then into my daily life. Therefore Liselotte's idea of "time to think" sounds very interesting to me. And Nicoline's subject "movements for body and brain" also sound tempting.

I will bring my "diary of happiness" and can share thoughts about a self experiment during 3 months.

Have a safe journey, hugs, Julia

hello folks!

one more day... and I'll be driving a car full of Belgian retreaters to the SSR! There will be 5 of us, isn't that neat?

I am so happy about the good weather forecast and looking forward to a promising week with you all!!

Nicoline, I feel honored, and of course I'll bring a book for you. OK and this is what I was already thinking of for the retreat:

1) I was intending to share some Pranayana practices in the morning with you. It has been very beneficial for me and maybe you would like to join? 2) Also, I recently read Nancy Kline (time to think) and I was wondering if any one of you read it too and perhaps we can share our thoughts about the book and the links with SF and  do a experiential open space?

3) What I would like to learn, is your best ideas for trauma healing. In this way I can be a better support for a good friend of mine whose husband committed suicide.

4) and relax relax relax... I intend to sleep better than last year, Sue, will you join me in preparing for the night ? :)))

Have a safe trip!!

Hi all

We will soon meet again. Iam really happy about that. Is somebody curious  about smart movements that involve the whole body including the brain? This movements can be used as a break, warming upp or apitizer. I like to combine body and brain, in the end it is the hart, head and hands that will ,work together for best result. I can tell and show you some if you want.

Dear Lise Lott

I was so impressed and curious about your resilience teories. Can you please take your book with you it would be great to have some reflections with you. .

Dear Carin I immidialtely sign upp for your Aikido and SF!!! I really looking forward to all this.

See you all soon,

Nicoline

Kati and Yesper, I'm thinking a lot of you, keeping all my fingers crossed and looking forward to hugging the youngest SOLsummer-retreater ever.

Take care, hugs :-)

Still in 'conditional' mode: we plan to visit you all, guys, and looking very much forward to get a taste of your being and learning and creating together! Practicalities to be figured out, but now we think we can't let pass the opportunity of that gathering!
