Leader, Manager, Coach, Consultant, Trainer

What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?
I´m a manager for a small company that provide health and HR services to companies and organiszations in the private and public sector.
I was trained as a psychologist and psychotherapist and became intressted in the ideas of Steve and Insoo in 1986. Been using theese ideas and approaches ever since. Also combining them with ideas derivated from my encounter with Aron Antonivski about "salutogenesis". I find theese ideas very easy and rewarding to combine.

Hi

Köln was amazing and your seminar was as usually very good. And useful. Me and a college went straight into a sitution where we had to deal with a murder in an institution. Your deas around resiliance and crisis where very good.

Hi Yoram
Sure there are. jehoshua.kaufman@bemce.se
Being on the list helps me relax from working. I´m very curious about your effort to get something like I-SOL going in Israel. The ideas should fit right into the optimistic (against all odds) Israeli society. Stay away from the kvetchers and you´ll definitely succed.
For the moment I´m writing an offer to a company about middlerange leader training. I hate all this papperwork but can´t get around it. They want to have some coaching leadership. It would be fun to get it going, but the preparation are tiering.
