What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?: I have met Elta Boshart and Stanus Cloete in South Africa as part of my interest to utilise the principles of SF in the coaching and mentoring side of my business (I also undertake project management of large infrastructure projects). I am currently part of the SA Steering Committee working towards arranging the SOL-SA 1 conference in SA in 2011.
