- In our consulting business we work with "wished future" to help customers develop leadership and culture. We have developed methods on how to get groups and organisations to develop using basics of Solutions Focus and Positive Psycology. One tool is developed during 20 years and offers a way to measure and analyze not only "past and present", but also the gaps to tomorrow and the "wished future".
