Many thanks for developing this tool, I think it has lots of potential and could be developed in a whole range of different ways. Here at Tate, where everyone is permanently mega-busy, Loraine and I are doing some work to develop them for a 'learning Bite' (90 minute lunchtime session) for people who can't afford to spend a day out on training. Will keep you posted!

Would love to know what micro tool or process you used in training course on SF. Was it the concept of micro tools? or did you design or get group to design?

Thanks Michael for inviting me to Micro Tools. This Micro tool gives me a good structure for my patients to focus them on their goals and not expanding their life story.

Thanks Michael, my university group was very pleased to work with a micro tool. It worked well and nobody could believe this before. I called it espresso tool because I love the italian way of taking the fast morning-coffee.

I have been looking forward the Micro Tools '1st release' for some time now. Great job, this is exactly the kind of small, do-able stepping stones to success I have been looking for. Looking forward to the 'micro-book' about it!

In my book (in Italian) I use another acronym re SF applied to coaching.
I'll work on a presentation in English soon... :-)

I used micro tools last week in a training course, it's a wonderful way to activate trainees in applying SF to their own specific cases very quickly (the first half day of a 1 day course on SF)! I'm looking forward to your book.
