What is your website (if any)?

What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?
I graduated on Adult Education & Personnel Management at Faculty of Arts and Philosophy of Charles University in Prague (2003). During my studies I focused on issues of modern management.

I've finished further training on "Systemic approach to clients, helping and own professional role" (1997-2000), certificated training SF Professional (2007-2008), and was educated in using of diagnostic methods relevant for career counselling as well (2005).

I concentrate on developing of the solutions focused approach. To help Czech professionals keep in touch with leading ideas of this approach I started to translate actual materials on SF, and I've created my website as well, where, hopefully, some of them will be published soon.

Currently I am employed (working as a training consultant in a local branch of one of the world-leading recruitment companies) and self-employed (working as freelance counsellor and occasional trainer, specialized on issues of organizational development and development of HR).

The Wolf Credo - an inspiration not only for agile SW development?

Few weeks ago I was asked by an IT company to create a proposal of workshop focused on dealing with clients for managers of SW projects. As introductionary meeting run in very nice atmosphere and it was quite easy to establish common platform with the prospect, I became seriously interested in cooperation, despite the fact IT companies are not my typical clients.

By the way my prospective client has mentioned the company follows the agile… Continue

Hi Kamila
I hope your summer has been great and that you got some time off. I want to thank you on behalf of myself and my colleagues for making the Symposium with Martin Seligman in Prague earlier this summer so great. We are all really impressed by the organisation and your ability to make all our impossible wishes come true! I hope we will meet soon again.
Cheers

Hi Kamila,

I am slowly becoming a more active ning surfer and was glad to find your invitation.
It would be great to catch up again, hopefully at the SOL conference 2011. My kids are still to small to make it to Bukarest this year.
Take care
Annie

Hi Camila,

Not very far unfortunately. It has been a hectic year. I hope to put some real effort into it while I am on leave in January.

Hello Kamila: nice to hear from you! The Guerilla is currently sleeping at the moment, awaiting the next moment when he needs to be roused into SF action!

Yes, I will continue my postings about complex systems and about trivial / non trivial systems also in furute in the SOLUTIION-List, not in this "ning thing". This ning is created as a SNA and as forum split up into many isolated islands (which is reflected by the logic of the "alert mechanic").
I also like to diskuss with you about e-learning. I dis a study abiut the beginning if it about 1974.... How would it be to have a phone- or skype-call?

Hi Kamila,
We haven't yet had a proper conversation, but as we're in the groups together, it's only polite to introduce ourselves properly!
I'm looking forward to further interactions.
Warmly,
Sue

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some
