Manager, Coach, Consultant
What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?

I connect to SF by 1. exploring and staying close to the question 2. appreciating all what was, is and will be 3. working with all languages available and resourceful in the present, that lead to experiencing of and 'responsabilizing' to the process of solution/dissolution of what have previously been experienced as problem?
