What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?: For more than 15 years I have been an advisor to manufacturing companies. Though my expertise lies basically in the technical aspects of organizing the production process, the real challenge is - always - to help people change their mindset towards their job and start acting differently... The Solution Focus approach for coaching managers - and teams - towards change absolutely carries me away... So I'm eager for every exchange of experiences in the field !
