- I am business manager of Kalico bvba, a consultancy agency that focuses on individual and team coaching, leadership development, the implementation of HR processes and process consultation in organizational change projects. I have started my business as an independent consultant after having worked for 4 years as a consultant for Bekaert-Stanwick. I also have 6 years experience as an HR professional for Pricewater-houseCoopers and the Catholic University of Leuven. I have a master’s degree in Psy-chology and lead consulting projects in different sectors and organizations.
As a guest lecturer I teach courses on leadership and teamwork at several colleges and universities (Katho, K.U.Leuven, PHL)
