What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?: Since meeting Steve de Shazer's ideas in his article "Minimal Elegance" in 1989, this has been my preferred way of working. I did my initial training with BRIEF in London, then with Insoo KIm Berg via University of Milwaukee course, and most recently via the trainer's track of Peter Szabo and Daniel Meier's Solution Surfers Brief Coaching course. I continue to experience that despite SFB being simple but not easy, it offers a potent approach to enabling purposeful change.
