Google on the ropes? Zappos the best ever? Neither. One uses organizational planning. How’s that relevant to my organization?

Problem Focused Organizations: looking for a solution

I'll shortly publish a book (a somewhat thin affair, but of substance). The theme of the book is that organizations need to rid themselves of problem focus.



Not very solution focused I hear you say. Yes, but the message is for managers in organizations who want an additional tool to help them deal with change, planning etc.

yes, you are right projectmanagement and IT are great areas for the SF approach.
It make a big difference to the usual approach.
Especially important in projects as it is an area where listening is so important - and taking your clients view - who is the expert on his needs.
